Barça squad for tomorrow’s match against Valencia
No news in the call of Xavi to visit Mestalla as Depay and Cristensen are the main absentees
During the morning of this Friday, FC Barcelona have revealed the squad that will travel to Mestalla to face Valencia, in an encounter that always leaves great moments for several seasons.
It will be played at 21:00 on Saturday in match week 12 in LaLiga Santander, exactly 72 hours before the Barça play their last Champions League match against Victoria Plzen.
Xavi’s call is made up of: Ter Stegen, Bellerín, Piqué, Busquets, Dembelé, Pedri, Lewandowski, Ansu Fati, Ferrán Torres, Marcos Alonso, Jordi Alba, Kessié, De Jong, Raphinha, Koundé, Eric García, Iñaki Peña, Balde, Gavi, Pablo Torre y Arnau Tenas.
There is no significant news in this squad list since the main doubts for this meeting resided in Memphis Depay and Christensen, but from the club point of view, they do not want to risk with these players to make their recovery as fruitful as possible.
Without them, and after the defeat of the Champions League, FC Barcelona will have to get three important points to at least maintain the distance of three points with Real Madrid if Los Blancos manage to win their match in Bernabéu against Girona.
