It wasn’t the prettiest performance out of Tottenham, but the hosts today showed their killing instinct in the second half against their visitors, Everton, in game week 11 of the Premier League.
A dominant second-half performance from the spurs sees them scoring all the game goals through Harry Kane’s spot-kick and Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg‘s late strike, to win 2-0.
Man of the match:
Harry Kane was the best player on the pitch, with 7 shots (4 on target), 13 touches in opposition box, five successful dribbles, and scoring the opening goal.
Richarlison didn’t cope with the pressure of facing his old side, played just 52 minutes after being forced to leave the pitch due to an injury, but substituting him with Bissouma changed the momentum of the game and gave the spurs more edge on the attacking end.
23 points from 10 games is the most Tottenham have ever had at this stage of a Premier League season.
Harry Kane Scored in 5 successive Premier League appearances for first time in career.
